We’ll look over everything that may still need to be addressed by the contractor.

      Seller's Pre-Listing Inspection

If you’re looking to sell your home, it’s a good idea to go ahead and know what items may come up that could result in having to accept a reduced offer from a buyer due to undisclosed issues. By having your home professionally inspected before you list it, you’re afforded an opportunity to repair or compile a record of any defective components and to show the true value of your property.

      Reinspection

      Re-Inspection

Often times, homes have repairs made or new systems installed. If these repairs have been made, it’s a good idea to get the repairs inspected. We’ll examine the repaired element to see if it was installed correctly.

The use of a drone enables us to inspect your roof using high quality imagery, and to see potential issues with your real estate investment. Drone photography of your property is available for an additional fee.

      Thermal Imaging Inspection

Thermal imaging inspections allow us to see what the naked eye cannot see. Thermal Imaging seeks out extreme heat/cold spots in walls, pipes, and hard to reach places which locates drafts, moisture, overheating .
