Commercial Property Inspection
Opening a new location for your business or purchasing a commercial property? Barrie Inspections is able to inspect commercial buildings of any type or size, providing you with a comprehensive assessment of the property’s overall condition.

Seller’s Inspection
If you’re looking to sell your home, it’s a good idea to go ahead and know what items may come up that could result in having to accept a reduced offer from a buyer due to undisclosed issues. By having your home professionally inspected before you list it, you’re afforded an opportunity to repair or compile a record of any defective components and to show the true value of your property.

New Construction Inspection
Building a new home is exciting! But it can be very disappointing and costly when repairs or unfinished items are discovered. Before you move into your new build, it’s a good idea to hire a third-party inspection to feel confident about the completion of your home. We’ll look over everything that may still need to be addressed by the contractor.

Eleventh Month Warranty Inspection
Your home may have come with a one-year warranty. Before that warranty expires, it’s a good idea to get another inspection to see what repairs (if any) you may be elligible for under your warranty before it expires. This saves you from having to pay for costly repairs out of your own pocket.

Four-Point Inspection
The biggest and most expensive systems in a home are HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and roofing systems. We’ll methodically make sure that we hit each of these elements and inspect them thoroughly. Often older homes have issues with these systems and may need to be updated. This four-point inspection allows you to know what updates are needed before moving forward with a real estate purchase.

Re-Inspection
Often times, homes have repairs made or new systems installed. If these repairs have been made, it’s a good idea to get the repairs inspected. We’ll examine the repaired element to see if it was installed correctly.

Drone Roof Inspection
We’re pleased to be able to provide you with the option of a drone roof inspection. Damaged sections of a roof go unnoticed by many inspectors due to a very steep roof pitch or any reason which prevents safe walking on the roof. The use of a drone enables us to inspect your roof using high quality imagery, and to see potential issues with your real estate investment. Drone photography of your property is available for an additional fee.

Thermal Imaging Inspection
Thermal imaging inspections allow us to see what the naked eye cannot see. Thermal Imaging seeks out extreme heat/cold spots in walls, pipes, and hard to reach places which locates drafts, moisture, overheating .
