Frequently Asked Questions
How Much Are Inspections?
Our pricing is based on square footage, plus any additional services needed. We don’t price gouge either or hide our pricing! The base rate for residential homes is $450. Commercial Inspections have a base rate of $600.
Can I attend the inspection?
Absolutely you can attend your inspection! It’s encouraged, so you can see first hand what issues may be present. We usually ask you arrive 45min-1hr after start time, to allow uninterrupted inspection time. It helps focus; we don’t want to miss something important!
Do the reports have photos?
Yes! All of our commercial and home inspection reports have plenty of photos and videos of defects found. Reports come as a PDF document (required by TREC), and also as web app link that is interactive.
How is payment collected?
We accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit/debit cards. We don’t require payment up-front, however the report will not be viewable until the invoice is paid. Credit/Debit transactions process through Stripe.
